What's new: September 3, 2013

Yay, the long awaited clipboard feature is out now! Here are all new features from latest release.

1. Context menu on project canvas is a small but great improvement. It enables you to do actions which were impossible before. For example, now there is a way to delete things without using a keyboard.

2. The latest release enables you to copy and paste tasks and groups– and this is effective between projects in the same workspace. Now you can reuse workflows not only in whole, but also in fragments.

These actions are available through context menu and by using common keyboard shortcuts.

3. Many users will be excited about the ability to put task groups inside other task groups. We've enabled this feature as an experiment and would greatly appreciate your feedback.

4. In a few days you should receive your first Daily Digests. Day by day, these messages will be reminding you about your current and overdue tasks. Of course there is a way to unsubscribe from these messages – just click the link inside a digest.

5. In your account settings we've added a new tab where you can manage your email addresses. After you add and verify an email, you will be able to log in with it by using your password or by logging in through Google. Users participating in multiple workspaces will find a way to select a default email for each workspace.Find Emails tab in My Account window.

6. Another experimental feature is Project Snapshot Sharing. You can create a snapshot of your project and share it with your colleagues, clients or simply over the internet. By using two options you can control what exactly you want to share: just a bare workflow, or exact state of the project with names and photos of your team members. In the projects list click on the icon at the top-right corner of a project you want to share. Then choose Share and select the way you want to share it.

As we mentioned before, this feature is experimental, so it may look and feel a bit shaky. But it is worth trying because it is the way to share your project with people outside Casual. You can even turn it into a piece of content and post in on the blog or anywhere else on the web.

We hope changes from the latest release will help you be more productive, make your routine operations easier, and give you more tools for knowledge reuse when planning your projects.

Your feedback is always greatly appreciated!

Have fun!
